Talsma Shipyards is developing an electric pusher tug designed for operation within emission-free zones. The design enables completely emission-free performance, contributing to cleaner air and quieter city centers.
Compact and Maneuverable Design
The ‘Havendienst 1’ is designed to operate optimally in urban waterways. With a length of 11.00 meters, a beam of 4.10 meters, and an exceptionally low air draft of just 1.70 meters, the vessel can effortlessly navigate under low-clearance bridges. This makes it ideal for use in the canals and harbors of Haarlem.
100% Electric for a Sustainable Future
Sustainability is at the core of this project. The vessel is fully electrically powered, enabling emission-free operation. This contributes to a cleaner and quieter environment.
